    It's a national chain so one comes to the experience with certain expectations. Loud swearing by staff (manager?) directed at other staff does not comport with expectations. Give this place a pass and check out any of the other more professional and friendly chicken places in town.

    The food and drinks are the normal BBB menu. Pretty good but nothing outstanding. What makes this place outstanding is the service. We sit in the bar area and look for Rachelle (RE). She is, without a doubt, the best server we have found in Oxford. She's happy, attentive and friendly. My wife and I love when she's working. She also, according to my wife, makes an A+ Lemon Drop Martini. If I had a restaurant... I would hire her instantly as a trainer.... She is a cut above.

    Horrible service.      Down here for baseball tournament.  Waited 10 min for waitress to come.  Ordered food and drinks at same time....10 minutes later we get our drinks and when food came out, it was wrong.  Waitress was SLOW and did not check on us. We had to flag her down when we needed something.  Place was barely occupied so there was no need for this bad of service.   Will not be back to this BWW.   Will drive back home to Memphis and eat there or not eat at all.

    I ordered a Diet Pepsi and it was disgusting. I don't know where the hell the girl got my drink from. It had the most nastiest taste. They either probably don't clean their soda fountains or that girl put something in my drink for it to taste like that.... it was take out or else I would've took it back and let them have a sip for themselves!!

    Just happened to be and town and didn't know what I want to eat and just so happened I stop here. Nothing to brag about the same info same ole. I did have some really good service and the staff was really good.
